Is the accommodation provided?
The organizers will make available single rooms in the city center of Soave. Check-ins will be starting from Monday, and check-outs from Friday. Meals are always provided, starting from Monday morning to lunch on Friday. The accomodation includes breakfast.
What does the tuition fee include?
The fee includes accommodation, meals, transport during the training (excluding from/to the Airport), wine tasting tour, didactic material in electronic format and the certificate of attendance.
How do participants arrive in Soave?
Participants can reach Soave through the closest Airport, “Verona-Villafranca” (25 Km of distance) or through the Airports in Venice, “Marco Polo”, and Treviso. By train, the closest stop is “San Bonifacio” (4 Km of distance).
What is the schedule of the HEAT?
The Be SAFE HEAT course starts early on Monday morning and ends on Friday after lunch. About one hour for lunch break is provided.
How should participants dress during the HEAT?
Participants should dress in a comfortable way and be prepared for outdoor activities, minding the weather. Participants, once in Soave, will receive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be used during the week.
Can I exit from an exercise?
Participants can exit practical exercises at any time by using a given code word. If needed, they will receive immediate medical and psychological assistance and taken to a “safe place” untill the end of the session.
How can the tuition fee be paid?
The tuition fee can be paid to the HEAT organisers via bank transfer, following the instructions received once the application procedure is completed. The fee must be settled at least 7 days prior the beginning of the course.
Can training sessions be implemented in compliance with the national covid-19 regulation on group activities?
All activities will be carried out in strict respect of the most updated national regulations for Covid-19 diffusion prevention. Premises in Soave guarantee social distancing for up to 20 participants, and distancing will be ensured in all outdoor activities too. Attendees will be required to be in compliance with the national anti-Covid norms currently in place. PPE equipment will be provided for all training activities.
