During the practical sessions of the course your safety will be guaranteed by the presence of a medical unit and certified psychologist, available for providing support to participants if needed. In addition, extra precautionary measures might be taken for participants that have experienced minor health or psychological issues in the past.
Please be aware that the HEAT course entails a certain level of psychological and physical stress to which you will be subjected during the training. The pre-condition for attending the course is to be in good health, which means that you do not have known ill health condition or severe physical deficiency that could put you at risk.
